Low cost, affordable healthcare benefits are available to our temporary workers.

Referral Bonus Program
We have developed a bonus program that gives an Horizons HRS, Ltd. temporary employee $50 each time he/she refers someone who completes 80 hours on assignment and each time he/she refers a new company to us, who then uses one or more temporary associates for at least 80 hours.

Direct Deposit
Associates are eligible for direct deposit of their paychecks. This feature is safe, secure, and more convenient than picking up checks in the branch offices or having checks mailed.

Debit Card Account
For workers who are unable to obtain a standard checking account, we offer a special debit account. Associates can open this debit account and have their checks directly deposited into their account. The associate is then given a debit card to access funds.

Holiday Pay
After 6 months of actively working for us you are eligible for holiday pay.

Vacation Pay
After 2000 hours (about a year) of service with us, you will be eligible for 1 week paid vacation

Microsoft Office Skills Training
Horizons HRS, Ltd. employees are eligible for online training and skill assessment for most of Microsoft's business related software.
