As a Horizons HRS Franchisee, you will go beyond simply pairing a resume to a job description. You will specialize in matching talent with opportunity. You will make it your business to establish a relationship with each client company in order to understand the company’s needs, concerns and culture. You will offer comprehensive services that cover the entire spectrum of staffing in a wide range of fields.

Your services will include the following:

• Temporary Staffing – You will match associates with specific skill sets
    to businesses that have temporary staffing needs in a wide range of jobs.
• Contract Staffing – In a contractual relationship, you will match associates
    to companies that require specific functions for a defined period of time.
• Temp to Hire – Similar to temporary staffing, you match associates to
    companies that have temporary needs, but the associates are seeking
    permanent positions with the companies they are temping in.
• Direct Hire – Companies hire you to fill vacant positions and you screen
    and select associates for the company to interview.
• Payroll services and administration – Employee benefit programs and
    unemployment administration

You will offer staffing solutions in the following fields:

• Clerical – front office, customer service, administrative support, data entry,
    secretarial, call center, payroll, accounting, and file clerks
• General Labor – light industrial, fulfillment specialists, general clean-up
    and utility, pick-n-pack, construction site clean-up, assembly line personnel, event preparation, concessions, and CDL drivers

• Professional – legal secretaries, paralegals, attorney assistants, engineering,
    technical, banking, finance, accounting and inside sales
• Hospitality – banquet servers, bartenders, kitchen prep, line/utility cooks,
    utility cooks, housekeeping, ala carte servers, hosts/hostesses, and   dishwashers.
• Career Placement – engineers, management, sales/marketing, architects,
    legal, manufacturing, human resources, transportation/logistics, and
    retail management workers compensation and government compliance,
