Employee of the Month...

We would like to congratulate David K. for being our Employee of the Month for January 2015.   For David's dedication and hard work he was chosen to be January's employee of the month.

We would like to congratulate Lynn L. for being our Employee of the Month for December 2014. Lynn has been nothing but wonderful since the first day she started working for us.  She's extremely motivated, dedicated, and takes great pride in her work.  For her dedication she was nominated and chosen to be December's employee of the month.

We would like to congratulate Anthony B. for being our Employee of the Month for November 2014.  We have heard nothing but wonderful things about his attitude and performance.  He’s always willing to help out and take on any task needed to get the job done.  Thank you Anthony for all your hard work and dedication.

1. When is pay day?

          We pay every Thursday for all hours worked the previous week (Sunday-Saturday)

2. What are my options for pay?

          Mail- Remember we cannot predict when your check will arrive! We typically mail out checks Wednesday depending on when they arrive here at the office.

          Pick-Up- You can pick up any time beginning on Thursdays between 8:00am-5:00pm

          Direct Deposit- Direct Deposits into your personal bank account will go in on Thursday morning; times vary depending on financial institution

          US Bank Focus Card- Debit Card where you funds are automatically direct deposited on.  

3. What is the Focus Card?

The Focus Card is through US Bank and a way to access your funds without having to have a checking or savings account.  Your funds will be directly deposited on to the card.  Payroll is automatically loaded to the card just like direct deposit to a bank account.  The card works like other Visa debit cards to make purchases, pay bills, or get cash.  There is NO cost to sign up and NO monthly account maintenance fee.  The card can be used FREE of Charge for the following: Purchases, In-Network ATMS, and Customer Service.  If interested in enrolling please download the Focus Card Enrollment Form and give to your Horizons HRS account manager.   

4. Can I use my own Pre-Paid Card?

          Yes you can use your own card as long as you have a routing and account number 

5. How do I change my method of payment?

          Contact us at (513)770-3300 to change your method of payment 

6. What happens if there is an issue with my check?

          Call us at 513-770-3300 and we will get it resolved.  Just a reminder there is a $25 fee assessed for replacement checks.  

7. When am I eligible for Holiday and PTO time?

          Employees are eligible for Holiday pay after consecutively working for us for 6 months.  Employees are eligible for Paid Time Off after consecutively working for us for 1 year. Holiday and PTO must be used while employed. Holiday and PTO has no value upon separation of employment.

8. What if I need to change my address?

          Call any Horizons Representative and they will be able to make the change.  Don’t forget to always change your address with us especially for W-2 distribution. 

9. Do you have any bonus programs?

YES! We have an employee referral bonus program.  Your referral must register with us and work a consecutive 160 hours.  If you’re actively working for Horizons HRS, once your referral completes the 160 consecutive hours you’ll receive a $50.00 bonus.  The referral must be a NEW applicant that has never registered with Horizons HRS before.

          Our address is 7547 Central Parke Blvd. Mason, OH 45040. 

          Directions from 71:

          Take 71 N

          Take Exit 19 (Mason Montgomery) and turn left off of exit onto Mason Montgomery

          In 2.6 miles turn left onto Cedar Village Drive

          Turn right onto Central Parke Blvd.

          We’re the first entrance on the left at 7547 Central Parke Blvd. 

          Directions from 75:

          Take 75 N

          Take Exit 22 (Tylersville Road) and turn right on to Tylersville Road

          Turn Right on to Mason-Montgomery Road

          Turn Right on to Cedar Village Drive

          Turn Right on to Central Parke Blvd

          We’re the first entrance on the left at 7547 Central Parke Blvd.
